किसी भी गलत जानकारी, तथ्य के गलत प्रस्तुतीकरण या तथ्यों को छिपाने की स्थिति में हमें इस डीलरशिप के लिए अपात्र माना जाएगा।

मैं/हम यह भी घोषणा करता/करती हूँ कि डीलरशिप प्रदान करने के लिए आवेदन में या आवेदन के समर्थन में हमारे द्वारा प्रस्तुत किसी भी दस्तावेज़ अथवा घोषणा में दी गई कोई जानकारी यदि असत्य, गलत या झूठी पाई जाती है, तो कंपनी को डीलरशिप संबंधी आशय-पत्र (Letter of Intent) को वापस लेने/समाप्त करने का पूर्ण अधिकार होगा, भले ही डीलरशिप पहले ही नियुक्त की जा चुकी हो। ऐसी स्थिति में हमें कंपनी के विरुद्ध किसी भी प्रकार का कोई दावा करने का अधिकार नहीं होगा।
